ABK6, as the Data Controller, is committed to protecting your personal data.   1. How long is my data retained?

The data collected will be processed and retained for the period necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed, in compliance with the applicable standards, regulations and legislation in force.

All persons having access to your data are authorised and bound by confidentiality obligations.

In this respect, and in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR, ABK6 and all subcontractors undertake to implement all technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data processed.
